1Do you use good parts?

We only use highest quality parts on your device! We want you happy!

2 Do I need to backup my device before getting it repaired?

We recommend you backup your device before a repair. We are not responsible for any data loss due to the repair process. In some cases your device may require a reset or restore to its factory settings to complete the repair process. This can erase all or partial data on your device.

3Do I need to make an appointment to bring my device into one of your repair locations?

No appointment is needed. Simply stop by during our hours of operation and we will be happy to assist you with any repair needed.

4 Do you offer any type of warranty of your repairs?

Yes, all phone repairs carry 1 year parts and labor which means if you have any issues related to parts installed by us you are covered free of charge! ( This does not cover physical damage, misuse of product or any kind of liquid). for other products the warranty is 30 days or as stated in our policy in stores.

5 How long do repairs take?

iphone screen repair usually take 20-30 minutes to be completed.

IOS / Apple Phone / iphone repair Repair time for an ipad is 1-2 hours same day or next day the most.

Android Phones. Repair time is 1-2 hours please contact us before coming to our store for parts availability

Laptop Repair Repair takes like 2-3 hours same day

6 There are multiple issues with my device, do you offer bundle repairs?

Yes we do contact us today for details and a quote.

7 Do you guys repair water/liquid damage?

Yes we do, Inspection is free of charge, if the logic board has been irreversibly damaged, we will not be able to repair it and you wont be Charged at all.
